To manage the fixed assets management function effectively and efficiently<\/p>

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

1. Fixed Assets Management<\/strong> <\/p>

Maintain and update the Fixed Asset (FA) module in a timely and accurate manner. <\/li>
Oversee the tagging of all fixed assets to ensure traceability and accountability. Ensure all fixed asset custodians understand their responsibilities. <\/li>
Manage disposal\/write-off procedure and ensure proper classification and segregation of damaged, obsolete, or retired assets for write-off procedures. <\/li>
Support periodic fixed asset sighting and ensure compliance with asset management policies. <\/li>
Support investment control activities and provide insights into asset utilization and return on investment. <\/li>
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to finance operations. <\/li>
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. <\/li>
Support the preparation of audit schedules and financial reports required by management. <\/li>
Support other ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned by management.                                            <\/li><\/ul>
2. Reporting, Analysis and Compliance  <\/strong>                                                                                                       <\/p>
Enhance and implement internal controls to safeguard the company\u2019s assets.              <\/li>
Manage and update Capital Investment forecasts and track actual expenditure on a monthly basis.                                                                                                                                            <\/li>
Support preparation of tax schedules and audit-related documentation.                             <\/li>
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and the company secretary to fulfill statutory and audit requirements.                                                                                                             <\/li>
Ensure accurate documentation and filing to support audit trails and compliance reviews.<\/li>

To support in investigating any upset conditions and environmental legal non-compliance that happened in BMMY.<\/li>
To identify and ensure implementation of the legal requirements for environmental at the place of work.<\/li>
To manage both scheduled and general waste storage area in BMMY.<\/li>
To follow procedures to legal compliance, implementation of the IMS in BMMY.<\/li>
To support certification or re-certification activities in obtaining required ISO and other requirements certification or re-certification in BMMY.<\/li>
To support and participate in internal and external audit activities.<\/li>
To support and prepare for report submission to government bodies.<\/li>
To implement EMS awareness activities and improvement programs related to waste handling and management.<\/li>
To liaise with statutory agencies and or relevant authorities regarding regulatory requirements.<\/li>
To communicate with externally provided services on the Malaysian laws, BMMY rules and other applicable requirements.<\/li>
To manage and monitor externally provided services during their work inside BMMY.<\/li>
To identify the applicability of new legal and other requirements related to BMMY operation.<\/li>
To assist on the departmental administration job and record keeping.<\/li>

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>
Qualification: Candidate must possess at least degree in environment \/ economics \/ law \/ science \/ quality \/ engineering<\/p>
Experience: Experience in EMS, QMS, and Legal requirements. Fresh graduate.<\/p>
Skill: Have knowledge of QMS\/EMS\/OHSMS\/ISMS\/RBA is an advantage. Good communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure and work as a team with other staff. Good computer literate and familiar with MS Office application software.<\/p>

Review the business flow (WF) and build highly efficient operations by computerization.<\/li>
Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS, ISMS and RBA.<\/li>
To carry out admin related tasks.<\/li>
Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.<\/li>
Prepare daily\/weekly and monthly reports and documents.<\/li>
Ensure effective data management and utilization.<\/li>
Develop and maintain system related with quality fraud prevention<\/li>
Improve department 5S management.<\/li>
Control and manage for human and environment's safety and efficiency (OS &H).<\/li>
Investigate, follow up and reporting for any issue related to system\/ digitalization and human safety.<\/li>
Plan and promote for department motivational activity.<\/li>
Control, manage and monitor department feedback channel.<\/li>
Ensure all feedbacks are updated, acted upon and share to relevant parties.<\/li>
Proper management of department fixed asset.<\/li>
Manage and control access to departmental software & system in compliance with ISMS standards.<\/li>
Monitor compliance with ISMS requirements and ensure adherence to information security policies, procedures, and controls.<\/li>
