Review the work of subordinates.<\/li>
Provide leadership in all aspects of finance especially in relation to reporting and compliance. This Includes taxation, regulatory, financial planning, capital expenditure control, budgetary control, internal controls, audit and risk management.<\/li>

Qualification : Degree in accounting\/Professional qualification ie MIA\/MICPA\/ACCA or equivalent<\/li>

Job Requirement:<\/p>

Configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points to optimize network performance and security <\/li>

Conduct IT security risk assessments and risk management based on the ISMS ISO 27001:2013 standard.<\/li>

Job Description<\/p>
Manage repair item handling and control for both in-line and outline processes.<\/li>
Perform Tool, Jig, and Equipment inspections in accordance with the Maintenance Check Sheet (MCS) standards.<\/li>
Conduct regular Maintenance Check Sheet (MCS) verification and confirmation.<\/li>
Carry out daily workplace safety and 5S audits.<\/li>
Verify destination change operations to ensure correct parts are received and used during destination changes.<\/li>
Conduct TWI-JI (Training Within Industry \u2013 Job Instruction) training for new and replacement employees.<\/li>
Verify work instruction compliance following 4M changes and conduct a minimum of three days of follow-up checks.<\/li>
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to operators and team members as required.<\/li>
Conduct monthly worker skill evaluations (operators and multi-skilled workers) according to workstation requirements.<\/li>
Perform Critical Process Checks in accordance with applicable standards, including Operating Instructions (OI), Self-Check Cards, Main Points, and MCS requirements.<\/li>
Conduct monthly OI compliance audits for all workstations and perform 100% verification during start-up or capacity changes.<\/li>
Investigate Quality findings (GR\/INSP), implement corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness.<\/li>
Prepare and verify line start-up readiness, including line arrangement, attendance, material availability, and 4M confirmation.<\/li>

Job Requirements <\/strong><\/p>
Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent qualification.<\/li>
At least 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.<\/li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, supervise, and motivate production teams.<\/li>
Good understanding of production processes, quality control, safety practices, and continuous improvement activities.<\/li>
Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, TWI, and basic problem-solving methodologies is an added advantage.<\/li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>
